By the Vrishabhavathi River Monthly Gathering• August 2026

Today’s session was truly the essence of By the River. The stillness in holding the leaf, watching the spider, the mongoose, listening to peacocks, woodpecker, the crow along with the sound of Vrishabhavathi made today’s experience worthwhile.

We truly had the opportunity to be with through Sangeetha Kadur’s nature journaling session!

Sanyukta Jaiswal – She frequents by the river session whenever she is in town!

As Madhuri and Nidhi have been saying, we preserve what we value and cherish. To that end, today’s creative exercise was a perfect conduit to form memories and strengthen the connection with the ecosystem around our Vrishabhavati river! To slow down, to observe, to imbibe and to document the experience through art and words – with both intentionality and a sense of discovery! Thank you for this unique artistic communion with nature, with a like-minded group of people that made it resound even more! Thanks, Sangeetha,  Madhuri, and Nidhi!
